Annabelle Aquino (Philippines), HRS Administrator at Human Resource Services on June 3. Operates at HRS administrator level, she provides research, logistical and administrative support to learning and career development activities for IRRI's workforce at Headquarters and Country Offices in a cost-effective, efficient and timely manner. Her office is located at FF Hill Building, x2824.

Isabella Mari Jhocson (Philippines), Specialist at Communication and Publications Services (CPS) on June 3. She supports the Content Manager/Analyst in ensuring that information on the IRRI Web site, its sub-sites, and other online platforms are functional and conform to web publishing guidelines. Her office is located at RP Cantrell Building.

Brian Carlo Hipolito (Philippines), HRS Administrator at Human Resource Services (HRS) on June 5. Operates at HRS administrator level, he ensures that all documents related to recruitment activities are created and maintained in accordance with approved policies and procedures in cost-effective, efficient and timely manner. His office is located at FF Hill Building, x2775.

Aldrich Llanera (Philippines), Research Technician II at Plant Breeding, Genetics, and Biotechnology (PBGB) on June 10. He executes the day-to-day operations in the screenhouse/greenhouse and perform data collection, recording and filing. His office is located at NC Brady Building.

Julie Mae Criste Aimee Pasuquin (Philippines), Manager at Crop and Environmental Sciences Division (CESD) on June 10. She ensures communication, quality control, data pooling and curation, IPR, timely reporting and documentation of GRISP Global Rice Phenotyping Network. Her office is located at DL Umali Building.

Timothy Kenneth Lojo (Philippines), Specialist at Communication and Publications Services (CPS) on June 14. He is responsible for performing a support role in the research and design efforts for the IRRI's online shared information environments-external and internal-facing systems-and online communication platforms used by the Institute. His office is located at RP Cantrell Building.

Victorino Villamayor, Jr. (Philippines), Associate at Safety and Security Services (SSS) on June 17. He provides general support and oversee compliance of security provider to the service contract agreement; monitors the operation of security systems and under general supervision, facilitates response to emergency calls for assistance. His office is located at Service Building.

Fortunato Braza (Philippines), Associate at Safety and Security Services (SSS) on June 17. Fernando Florece (Philippines), Assistant Manager II at Controller - Financial Planning & Reporting Unit (CNTRL-FPR) on June 18. He supervises and coordinates activities and functions within the reporting section of Financial Planning and Reporting Unit. His office is located at FF Hill Building.

Harold Glenn Valera (Philippines), Assistant Scientist at Social Sciences Division (SSD) on June 20. He provide support in the development of the IRRI Global Rice Model (IGRM) collection of global and country rice data, writing of policy briefs and technical reports. His office is located at Drilon Hall.

Renen Szilardo De Guzman (Philippines), Researcher at Plant Breeding, Genetics, and Biotechnology (PBGB) on June 24. She assists the Senior Manager in overseeing activities that will lead to the development of an effective program and roll-out strategy and plan to effectively deliver and drive uptake of healthier rice varieties in the Philippines.  Her office is located at NC Brady Building.

Dianne Sotoniel (Philippines), Officer at Controller - Financial Planning & Reporting Unit (CNTRL-FPR) on June 24. She analyzes, monitors, accounts and reports on the financial aspect of projects in compliance with the signed Memorandum of Understanding and in accordance with Institute standards. Her office is located at FF Hill Building.
