Mary June Salcedo (Philippines), Technician III-Research at Plant Breeding, Genetics, and Biotechnology (PBGB) on June 4. She assists in conducting lab and screenhouse experiments for evaluation of biofortified transgenic rice. Her office is located at KJ Lampe Building, x2340.

Alpha Grace Tabanao (Philippines), Officer at Plant Breeding, Genetics, and Biotechnology (PBGB) on June 4. She facilitates data collection, management and analysis of varietal performance of entries in the Multi-environment Rice Varietal Testing (MET).  She also documents all information related to MET activities and responsible for information exchange among MET collaborators through the INGER website. Her office is located at NC Brady Building, x2645.

Marlon Villegas (Philippines), Technician II-Research at Crop and Environmental Sciences Division (CESD) on June 6. He supports in the field and laboratory operations. His office is located at DL Umali Building.

Mario Generoso (Philippines), Secretary III at International Service for the Acquisition of Agri-biotech Applications (ISAAA) on June 11. He provides secretarial and administrative assistance to ISAAA staff and assists in the Global Knowledge Center on Crop Biotechnology operations. His office is located at Khush Hall.

Irish Lorraine Bicaldo (Philippines), Researcher at Crop and Environmental Sciences Division (CESD) on June 13. She provides expertise in performing laboratory and field work related to natural resource management and in handling data management, graphical analysis, and documentation for research work. Her office is located at Kenzo Hemmi Building, x2631.

Caesar Arloo Centeno (Philippines), Researcher at Crop and Environmental Sciences Division (CESD) on June 18. He provides expertise in performing laboratory and field work related to natural resource management and in handling data management, graphical analysis, and documentation for the research work. His office is located Kenzo Hemmi Building, x2300.

Maureen Bonna Ines (Philippines), Researcher at Crop and Environmental Sciences Division (CESD) on June 18. She works with a team of physiologists that contributes and coordinates the Global Rice Phenotyping Network in search for new genes and alleles enabling higher yield potential and improved adaptation to environment stresses. She also assists the network coordinator in the development and implementation of experimental data. Her office is located at DL Umali Building, x2617.

Chenie Zamora (Philippines), Assistant Scientist at Plant Breeding, Genetics, and Biotechnology (PBGB) on June 18. She conducts experiment to evaluate breeding lines related to molecular marker application platform. She also manages researchers, technicians, and field workers in phenotyping and screening. Her office is located at NC Brady Building, x2394.

Fatima Amor Tenorio (Philippines), Researcher at Plant Breeding, Genetics, and Biotechnology (PBGB) on June 18. She conducts studies in the field, greenhouse and laboratory on research activities associated with rice heat tolerance. Her office is located at NC Brady Building, x2645.

Severino Marundan, Jr. (Philippines), Researcher at Plant Breeding, Genetics, and Biotechnology (PBGB) on June 18. He conducts test and develops a large scale Single Seed Decent (SSD) system for the population improvement program. His office is located at NC Brady Building x2286.

Jocelyn Finegan (Philippines), HRS Business Partner - Workplace Relations & Advisory at Human Resource Services (HRS) on June 18.  Directly reporting to Fiona Farrell, she operates at senior HRS level and leads a team that works both a strategic and operational to manage the implementation of human resource policies that directly affect people in the workplace at Headquarters and Country Offices. She liaises with national and international employees, employee associations, supervisors, and managers to establish and maintain good workplace relationships. Her office is located at FF Hill Building, x2623.

Aris Chozas (Philippines), Technician II - Mechanic at Transport Services (TS) on June 21. He is one of the staff responsible for the timely completion repair of all IRRI vehicles in headquarters. His office is located at Service Building.

Eric Reynoso (Philippines), Senior Research Manager at Plant Breeding, Genetics, and Biotechnology (PBGB) on June 21. He oversees activities towards the development of an effective program and roll-out strategy of Golden Rice in the Philippines. He also maintains and continuously improves connections across institutions involved under Objective 4 of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF) Golden Rice Project. His office is located at FF Hill Building, x2830.

Ma. Celeste Dizon (Philippines), Administrative Coordinator at Management Services (MS) Division on June 25. She operates at a senior administrator level, providing essential administration, secretarial, coordination and liaison support to the Deputy Director General for Management Services and Director for Human Resource Services. She also ensures the efficient and effective operations of the MS Division. Her office is located at FF Hill Building, x2457.

Frances Florifel Tesoro (Philippines), Assistant Manager I at Plant Breeding, Genetics, and Biotechnology (PBGB) on June 28. She takes on the project management lead at NRS level for the Biofortification Breeding Projects of Golden Rice.  Her office is located at FF Hill Building, x2661.
