More employees are joining, moving around, and advancing

Lorna Calumpang (Philippines), Specialist at Crop and Environmental Sciences Division (CESD) on November 4. She provides support in the production of communication materials to disseminate IRRI Knowledge and technologies. She also establishes and maintains linkages with internal and external clients.  Her office is located DL Umali Building.

Erlan Abellada (Philippines), Research Technician II at Plant Breeding, Genetics, and Biotechnology (PBGB) on November 4. He assists in the day-to-day operations in the transgenic field, greenhouse and screenhouses and performs data collection, recording and filling. His office is located at NC Brady Building.

Cresenciana Dimaculangan (Philippines), Research Technician III at Plant Breeding, Genetics, and Biotechnology (PBGB) on November 4. She assists in establishing and maintaining laboratory / greenhouse / screenhouse/ field experiments and performs data collection and documentation. Her office is located at NC Brady Building.

Aprille Anne Gonzales (Philippines), Senior Assistant at Food and Housing Services (FHS) on November 4. She provides the administrative support to the FHS team. Her office is located at Harrar Hall.

Arjey De Vero (Philippines), Senior Assistant at Transport Services (TS) on November 12. He ensures the cost effective scheduling of vehicles and respond to client requests and inquiries in a timely and appropriate manner.  He also provides guidance to drivers and outsourced contractors by overseeing their duties during their shift.  His office is located at Service Building.

Arnelyn Doloiras (Philippines), Researcher at C4 Rice Center (C4C) on November 13. Assists in the implementation of experiments, surveys, and other research studies. Her office is located at DL Umali Building.

Jovielyn Garcia (Philippines), Assistant at Physical Plant Services (PPS) on November 18. She maintains data on time register and material tracking for labor material monitoring. Her office is located at Service Building.

Phoenix Phay Galvez (Philippines), Senior Assistant at Plant Breeding, Genetics, and Biotechnology (PBGB) on November 19. She provides administrative assistance to the team. Her office is located at NC Brady Building.
